Vote results and a new vote,
Requests.
Tudor Mint News:
==============
It's a brand new year, and time for a new club year to begin. You won't have received your letters from Xystos yet, but they've been in touch with us and you can renew as normal via Cheryl. The letters will be going out soon. Xystos also inform us that this years club piece - "The Stone of Wisdom" - are being brought in early so that there is no repeat of members renewing and not receiving their studies.
Finally, a word from Craig (at Xystos) is that he is putting together a dedicated team of workers just for the M&M club. This should hopefully make things more organised.
The Torquay Trade Fair is being held in mid-January, and we are hoping that following this we'll get to see images of new pieces. Fingers crossed!
DragonsClan News:
===============
Subscribers may already be aware of the latest developments regarding the new trilogy. The pieces have been cast in metal - and the sample approved. We have images of the metal pieces in the forum, but for those who do not visit the forum we will be putting the image into the blog during the month.
The pieces have also been named. Xystos asked - as we had developed the idea - whether we could come up with the names for all three pieces. We did, and Xystos liked the choices and went with them. The names are as follows;
The Signifer - holding the flag
The Maurader - holding the mace
The Warrior - holding the axe
The whole clan are to be known as "The Valiant Clan". Jessica, the designer, came up with this excellent description.

No updates on the site this month, but the forum is experiencing lag times at the moment. This is something that the forum hosts are aware of. We're hoping that they add more server capacity soon to speed up the forum, and also remove the error messages sometimes being seen.
