Tudor Mint News:
=============
The latest members presentation study, The Magic Lightning Tree, is on its way to members. If you've not received yours yet, don't panic, it will get to you!
Club paperwork for 2007 is still to be sent, containing details about the members only studies, Domain of the Dragon (9034) and Guardian of the Watchtower (9035).
In addition to this, the newly released studies for January are now available to buy. We have recommended stores to buy from in both the UK (TM Collectables) and the US (Enchanted Gifts and Collectibles). Follow the link below each study information page, or visit the shop area of the website.
Other News:
==========
We didn't think it would ever happen, but during January we received a phone call from H.Samuels informing us that the final piece of the Fortune Finders Trilogy had arrived in store. During a discussion in store about the trilogy collection, it seems that even the stores are unaware of how the Samuels collectable department plans to issue these items to stores, so if you do see any of the fortune finders pieces, buy them quickly!!
Once you have all pieces, send your tokens directly to the Tudor Mint to receive your centre piece - the treasure chest - to complete the trilogy.
Here at DragonsCavern, we have unofficially renamed this collection "The Fortune Finders Saga", as reaching this stage has been such an uphill struggle to all collectors (visit the forum and read the posts about the trilogy to see what we mean!)
Changes to the site:
================
All new studies released in January are now listed on our website, along with images.
The mobile site has been updated too, and the basic search facility now covers all Myth and Magic ranges.
Have you visited Gereog's Dairy in the subscribers section of the website yet? Since leaving Soulhill at the beginning of January he has already travelled North to Tomepicker's family cave, and recently discovered an important historical document in a cave on an Island to the east of Methtintdour. If you haven't read his dairy yet, why not give it a try and see what he has been doing.
Remember that to access to the subscribers section, use your username and password.
Voting:
=====
Last month on DragonsCavern.co.uk we were asking; would you buy a base for the trilogy studies to sit on?
The results are:
Brass 72.72%
Pewter 27.27%
For February we are asking;
How would you rate collecting the Fortune Finders trilogy?
Take part in the vote using the buttons on the main page, or in the contact or vote section. Results will be announced in the March newsletter.
Requests:
=======
If you have a prototype study, or a rare version of any item please send it to us for inclusion on the prototypes/rare pages. Use the submit
form on the contact page of the website. In addition to this, the 'wanted' page of the website lists studies that we are looking for images for. If you are able to help with those, please contact us.
That's all for this month. If you have any news, websites, announcements or comments that you would like to see in the next newsletter, or if you are a trader / collector who would like to be featured in an article in a future newsletter, please contact the webmanager.
Sincerely ,
Webmanager
